MexicoFrom the moment I arrived, every single person working at the property was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Their hospitality truly made me feel at home.
The view of the lake is absolutely breathtaking — waking up to that peaceful scenery was one of the highlights of my trip.
What truly made my stay extra special were the lovely pets around: I forgot the name of the sweet little cat, but she totally stole my heart, and Lola, the adorable dog, was always there for some cuddles and joy.
This place is more than just a stay — it’s an experience filled with warmth, charm, and genuine care. I totally recommend it and would come back in a heartbeat!

The location is excellent, a 5 minute walk to the gate. The hotel grounds are nice.
