Hotels near Certosa di Firenze, Florence

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS VILLA... We were worn out after three days in Roma, then three days in Venice we arrive by train into busy Florence and our taxi driver brings us to this beautiful oasis just outside the city... surrounded by olive groves and Tuscan countryside My wife actually cried upon walking around... it's so beautiful

Absolutely loved every single thing about the hotel but above all the service was exceptional. We stayed at another 5 star hotel in Florence but decided to stay here on our last night, wish we stayed here in the beginning. Bianca from reception really made us feel at home and super welcome. The pool was perfect temperature for the breezy Florence during our stay. Drinks were fantastic and the location is just close enough to the city that you still feel like you aren’t in the city but can get there in 7/8mins. Breakfast was an additional 40 Euro which we didn’t go for as we aren’t big heavy breakfast eaters. They provide a shuttle to the town between 9-12 and then again 4-9pm. I will most definitely be back, thank you Villa Cora team.

Beautiful gardens. The best breakfast I've ever had.

Following a booking system error our room wasn't available. The staff and especially Daniele were of tremendous help in finding the best solution and upgraded us to the Leone Blu Suites in the center while taking care of everything we needed for our car. Our stay ended up being truly wonderful and nothing was short of perfect. We would definitely come back to either hotel in the future.

Nice and clean and great location

Everything. The room was incredible. The view and the location amazing.

Amazing rooms. Great location. Everything at the hotel was clean and new. Rooms were big and well decorated. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety.

Excellent property that is situated with a short walk from major attractions. Wonderful service and friendly staff who were always ready to go out of their way to ensure their guests are comfortable and welcomed. I had experienced this first

Staying in an old Monastery, with beautiful surrounding views, close to Florence, room was comfortable, good breakfast, great value for the money.

Everything about the property was beautiful and the staff were super loving and charismatic and the rooms are super ample there showers AMAZING after a long day of walking it was exactly what I needed.

I love the place is on top of the hill with a nice view. The receptionist was really nice. And the room is clean and great

All was good, breakfast special thanks! A bit cold in the room.

Beautiful property! Property gardens were lovely, easy to park a car, very safe with gates and keys, detailed interior with meaningful art collection!

Beautiful property within walking distance to food, buses, and sightseeing. The place is gorgeous. We were concerned about parking, but you can park onsite. The hotel has a romantic feel, and the staff is amazing - so kind and accommodating. It feels like you’re staying in an old home, but with complete privacy. The rooms are quiet and the whole place feels welcoming. Across the street is a beautiful park that was an unexpected highlight on our trip (we went to Venice, Rome, Spain, Morocco, and Portugal). One of the pics is a little statue I took at the park across the street. I loved this hotel. ❤️

The location was great. Very close to public transport. The room was big and comfortable. Friendly staff. Everything was just like the pictures

Large room, great staff. And the linens and the room weren’t covered in fragrances. They used free and clear or fragrance free laundry detergent which is very hard to find in a hotel these days. They didnt have scents sprayed anywhere, amazing! I was actually able to get a good nights sleep because I wasn’t covered in chemicals. And they had onsite parking! Loved this hotel, was the best placed I stayed in my entire trip.

Literally everything, the details, the staff, the energy, everything!

Breakfast was continental and adequate, and the staff at the bar by the pool was excellent. Really kind and caring staff. The pool is a highlight as are the gardens, courtyard sitting area and in fact the whole entire building is both histric and exceptional.

Heated tiles in the bathroom floor! Great bed and pillows. Excellent shower set up. Nice toiletries. Seems small but enough room to roll out the yoga mat. Lovely garden and breakfast.

Amazing rooms, very friendly staff, absolutely incredible dining room.

Very helpful staff and beautiful room. Fantastic location with good breakfast.

Lovely staffs. You can ask them to put a meal in microwave for you.

Extremely clean and quiet oasis a little off the beaten path, but worth the few extra steps. I booked the small double and it was still a very good size. Excellent shower. And excellent breakfast with hot and cold food as well as fresh pastries. Only about five or so minute walk to Santo Spirito and 10-15 to train station.
