Great location, great staff, beautifully restored buildings inside the ramparts. Our room was very spacious! Breakfast was a wonderful spread of fresh fruit local cheese, charcuterie, farm eggs made to perfection, home made patisserie, fresh squeezed orange juice, apples oven cooked and a lot more. Easy paying parking 18euro per day. We will definitely stay here again soon!

Breakfast was delicious service friendly and efficient. I also loved the afternoon snacks and pre dinner wine was a treat! Staff from reception were absolutely fantastic helping us whenever we needed. Friendly and went beyond expectations! We loved the bikes too! Lucca was amazing to see with the bikes.

We absolutely loved this property and Lucca in general. The hotel was beautifully appointed and Pina made us very comfortable and provided very excellent advice. We wish we could have stayed longer!

The hotel was clean, safe and in a great location. The rooms were well equipped and very spacious. Breakfast was delicious
