The staff were friendly, polite and super helpful.Rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities. Location was spot on and the hotel terrace was an added bonus with it's spectacular view. We definitely recommend Grand hotel Duomo!

Overall a great stay. We managed to self check-in around 11 pm. The room was clean and spacious, same about the bathroom. I enjoyed having a high ceiling. We dropped our bags and walked to the tower in three minutes. There were almost no one there at night. The location is exceptional.

Hotel Roma is just 100 yards from Pisa's Piazza dei Miracoli. Many rooms have views of the Leaning Tower or the Duomo. Rooms are functional and simply furnished.

Hotel is located, as you can see , just across the road from the tower area. The room door opens right Into the bedroom.. and the bathroom is lengthwise as long as the room... it was so spacious and cleaned everyday. The bed is made everyday, towels changed everyday and I am a person who doesn't like to waste food hence I liked the sufficient breakfast. And the hot cappuccino in the morning was so good... Staff were another level friendly. Right from check in to check out everyone was happy to help us.
