Everything was right, from start to finish. The place, the bed, the lounge, I’m literally planning to go back with my family. Is the first time ever, while traveling, that I’ve felt so comfortable in a hotel room. I felt like the room was a place to be, to stay, to live and it didn’t bother me to be there while a snowstorm was raging outside. The bed was amazing, even though it was a Japanese futon, the staff was super nice and welcoming and the free drinks at the lounge were amazing. This is the best hotel I’ve ever been and I will definitely return.

We booked the family suite and a superior queen room which were both incredible! The rooms are very spacious and have everything. The family suite had a projector which was super fun for us anf allowed us to have mini movie nights after our long days of exploring takayama.

We love the automated toilet, private garden view and spacious room with both beds and tatami area, as well as a sofa seating area. It is like a ryokan, yet modern. The front desk staffs were so welcoming and helpful, allowing us extra time to complete our laundry.
