Everything was great. We got there late due to a flight delay and it only took a small conversation with the receptionist Camila to feel so much better and more comfortable. She really helped us change our moods and enjoy our short stay!

The staff were very friendly & cooperative, and due to flights delays and cancelation I had to change my booking dates, and the hotel management managed to solve this issue in a very professional and smooth way, both rooms I booked were spacious, clean and well organized, hotel location was excellent nearby shops, markets, restaurants, and very close to the city center. Lovely room overlooking a canal, with new decorations and a comfortable bed.. Shower was good as was the aircond. All day cookies and coffee was excellent. Location good for nearby restaurants & sightseeing.

Wonderful room and amenities. Felt very comfortable and clean. Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic and I wish I'd been able to try more food options but my trip was alas too short. Great experience overall.
