The staff are the nicest pepole I have met. Each interaction they do the extra mile to make your stay better. The beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever sleeped on. The breakfast buffet was exceptional!

We arrived in Auckland on a red-eye flight, landing in the middle of the night. Not only did the hotel graciously check us in at 4:00 am, but they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Imagine our surprise when we were greeted with freshly made pizzas! After a long journey, this unexpected gesture of hospitality was exactly what we needed. The excellent service continued throughout our stay. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. The hotel's central location was also a major plus, making it easy to walk to many of Auckland's top attractions. We highly recommend the voco Auckland City Centre to anyone visiting Auckland. A brilliant boutique hotel that was perfectly located in Auckland. The entire space was funky and had a great vibe. The staff and breakfast were exceptional as well.

I love the 2 bedrooms apartment. It is very spacious and love the kitchen, laundry machine. Location is super good at the centre of the shopping area. Lots of shops and food around. The gym is nice and enough.

Perfect location near the harbour in the CBD. Really quiet room, very comfortable bed, nice linens and towels. Front desk staff were very friendly.
