Impressed with this hotel: our room, staff, breakfasts, evening meals, underground parking (at$15pn). Breakfasts consisted of a good continental spread plus an individually prepared hot meal. I can't remember if the latter was included or whether I had prepaid. It did mean the breakfast was hot and not a possible lukewarm meal from a bain-marie. The hotel was just a little way from "town" (but not very far) and there was a Pac'n Save supermarket just over the road for nibbles and drinks. This was my second visit to Napier mainly to look at art deco commercial buildings (with Hastings also a must & possibly even a better example). I doubt there will be a 3rd visit (only because of age) but the hotel is now part of a Group and I would certainly consider those other hotels if they fall within my travel plans. Also by joining the free membership you get a good discount from meals etc.

Staff was amazing, and I loved the location

Located in Napier’s vibrant inner harbor area with views over the marina. Selected accommodations includes a 2-person spa bath except for the access studios.

Comfy bed, very nice shower, small but adequate kitchenette and good service. Room was ready for us two hours early. Close by good coffee shop and bakery and good restaurants.

Located in Napier, 3.1 miles from McLean Park, Comfort Inn Westshore Beach has accommodations with a restaurant, free private parking and a bar.

Fit for purpose cabin, absolutely Clean and Tidy. Excellent House keeping Staff. Good parking and pleasant check in Staff. Nothing to improve on here.
