Very clean and modern. The staff was quick to help and very hospitable. WiFi was strong. The kitchen was fully equipped, bathroom was large and clean. We were highly satisfied by this property.

The entire property was so beautiful, I was pleasantly surprised to see how well designed the hotel was. There were so many well thought out touches that added to the vibe. The room was extremely large! I got a corner room with a huge balcony. Aside from being spacious, it was also just so well decorated.

The Surrey Hotel is located within a 5-minute drive from the Auckland CBD. Guests can take advantage of the complimentary parking.

The location is acceessible to shops and near the motorway. We have stayed overnight before going back home. The place is clean and as expected. On the way to the hotel we saw the Sky tower view is amazing. The receptionist is lovely and friendly.

A sweet place to stay in Auckland. Our two-bedroom suite looked out over the park, with a balcony and small table that made for a great breakfast spot. The room was spacious and very comfortable for my family of four. The cafe/check-in desk was staffed with friendly, helpful people, and also offered a terrific breakfast, plus coffee throughout the day.

Great value and great location, very close to bars, restaurants and cafes with a supermarket right next to the hotel. We also loved the breakfast vouchers that we used at a place called the tuck shop and the next day at the coffee club, it was nice to eat at two different cafe each morning
