The breakfast is delicious with a lot of options. The bedrooms are comfy and very pleasent. The staff are friendly and always with a smile on their faces, and finally the hotel is close to the metro station where you can go everywhere in Lisbon.

We had a four night stay and we loved every aspect of it. The staff was extremely welcoming , explaining every detail to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The welcome drinks were much appreciated after a long day! Our room located on the 2nd floor had two small balconies overlooking a public square with a view of the castle. It was impeccable and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was always well garnished with fresh fruits and pastries, and of course an a la carte menu. The hotel is located two min. walk to the green metro line which means easy access to city center and airport. This was an extremely enjoyable stay. Worth returning to.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, from the warm welcome at check-in to their exceptional attentiveness throughout my visit. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, providing the perfect blend of comfort and style. Location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore Lisbon. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a relaxing and luxurious getaway. I’ll definitely be returning.

Everything : room size, layout, comfort, sockets literally everywhere, lighting, cleanness (every day), every part of the room and hotel smells very pleasant. The reception lobby smells like fresh wineyard. The location is absolutely perfect, in a quiet area of the old town, at walking distance to everything. Staff was very welcoming and attentive. Breakfast is amazing and very diverse.

I booked this hotel based on the glowing reviews to celebrate my birthday. First, the parking was excellent and right in front of the hotel, which was lucky for us as spots are limited. The location was excellent as well. It is located right in the heart of everything, so we were surrounded by luxury shops, restaurants, and cafes. In short, walking was easy to get to where you wanted to go. Uber is also readily available and a great way to travel if you don't want to walk or are unable. The warm welcome from Raphael at the door and the staff at reception was a very good sign of what was to come. We had a gorgeous, large and very clean room overlooking the main street. It was not noisy and seemed to be well insulated. The bathroom was big with a separate step in bath and shower and the bonus of a bidet. Molton Brown sets of bath, body, shampoo, conditioner and cream were also provided in the bathroom. We had asked for a kettle and this was already in the room with ample tea and coffee sachets. The Port wine in the room was a nice touch. The mini bar was also free. We only had the water. A little later, a complimentary bottle of bubbly was bought up to the room for my birthday. I think the date may have been noticed on my passport during the check-in process. Port wine, tea, coffee and pastries are provided free for in-house guests to enjoy at any time of the day after breakfast. There is also a library, so do bring some books to leave behind if you have already finished them. I also asked for an iron that was brought up promptly with a clean cover for the ironing board. Breakfast was also good. However, Portugal is well known for delicious sausages and this is the only area where breakfast was let down a little bit. The sausages provided came out of a tin/bottle. In general, we enjoyed our breakfast. We will definitely return.
