The girls on duty on 20/1/ 25 were amazing. So helpful with my forward travel. Don't know what I would have done without them plus the barman, amazing. All were so friendly and helpful, couldn't do enough. I would definitely reccomend this hotel.

The comfy bed, location and the service.

The service, the pool and the location

Calming vibe. Quiet neighborhood and exceptional and attentive staff. Thank you Esther, Margarita, Katarina. Excellent breakfasts prepared by the chef.

From the staff to the building, parking space, location, breakfast everything was on point!

The GM, Mr Tavares, was exceptionally helpful in assisting us with a room change. We appreciate him and his staff. And we thank them. The beds were perhaps the most comfortable beds I have experienced in years and years of travel. We will stay here again the next time we are in Lisbon.

Breakfast was incredible. The bed was probably one of the best I’ve ever slept in. Staff was super nice and polite

Great location, big room, big bathroom

The best staff: Diogo, Anna, João and Tereza …. I was always greeted with a huge smile and great attitude from this great people.

Honestly, the best hotel in Lisbon I’ve stayed at. It was super clean, modern, bed was comfortable, and a really nice smell upon entering. The receptionist was very friendly, welcoming and was engaging. Really the best hotel I’ve stayed at while traveling around Portugal. Highly highly recommend!!

Location is the best. Clean and comfortable. The check-in lady was so kind and service-minded.

This is the best Ibis in Lisbon. Their staff are the best as they are very responsive to mails compared to the other Ibis hotels in Lisbon. I am so glad that I chose this one as their staff really helped me with the local stuff and even my local tour booking.

We booked the executive double twin room. Neat and spacious.

It is like new and in the luxury area

Everything was great. Large comfortable bed, nice amenities, extremely helpful staff.

Nothing not to like - understated upmarket with impeccable service, great restaurant, large rooms and charming social areas.

Absolutely fantastic, the room is great and the staff was helpful. Location is brilliant and I really recommend this place.

I loved this hotel. 10 out of 10.

The attention and service were excellent, I went on my honeymoon and for two days they left us some notes and gifts in our room to celebrate us. It was a great detail that made us feel special.

It Is in a historic building originally built in the 1940s. It is an attractive structure with a nice sense of history. The building is well located for restaurants and shopping. It’s a short walk to the metro. Our room was quite spacious with an equally spacious bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The seating room for the breakfast serves as a bar in the evening with free Port and cherry liquor offered in addition to a full array of reasonably priced drinks made by a bartender. The staff of the hotel were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

The room was amazing and very comfortable. The location was perfect we were so close to all best things to see.
