They were great! We used them as our base in Europe as they were so accommodating, keeping our luggage safe and remembering our names every time we came back to Lisbon from our adventure. The final day, I left really early so I had to skip their (amazing) breakfast and they were so kind to prepare a fantasy to “picnic” bag for me! 10/10

They gave me a free upgrade to the Principe Avila hotel next door, which is a new and modern hotel, very clean, beautiful room with a nice view of the street and buildings, breakfast was great, location is a bit far from the centre but very easy to reach by metro, also to and from the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel, location was comfortable - a short 5 minute ride on the Metro to downtown center. The best part about the hotel were the staff! They were kind, understanding, and always seemed happy to help.
