The location was perfect! The classic design makes you feel like you're staying in a mountain cabin without having to travel into town to have fun and explore the strip. The employees are fabulous. The complimentary breakfast was great. I really have nothing negative to say about our stay.

Loved the location! Quiet, yet walking distance from the Gatlinburg strip. The balcony was wonderful, and the moving water drowns out noise from traffic. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was beautiful and clean.

    Overpriced and disappointed in our trip this time, there wasn't anything to visit and the one shop we visit every time has changed and was disappointing. If I could get my money back I would, it was a wasted trip. We didn't spend any money nor any exhibits, don't recommend wasting money on this event.

    Our favorite in every season!

    Our favorite in every season! We stop here every time we come! We even saw a bear from the chair lift once playing below! Always visit Willow at the top when you go and look for the heart for a photo op!

    Plan to spend your whole day there. great for families.

    Plan to spend your whole day there. great for families. beautiful views. great places for pictures. the kids will have a blast and probably wear out the adults. wear good walking shoes, you will need them. Our kids and grandkids took the lift up but there is also an enclosed gondula and truck that can take you up to the top.

    This was a fun walking trip, light show and lots to look at. Recommend going at 6pm and adding the light show to it. Food was good, clean, organized, busy, plenty of restrooms. Ride up and down mountain was a good family experience too

    LOVE Anakeesta!

    LOVE Anakeesta! Kid friendly, some little shops, zip line, mountain coaster. Treetop skywalk. They are building new things up there. Astra Lumina is a must see but does require a separate ticket. Be sure to visit Willow Man.

    Go at 8:00pm and you get to see lights, ticket is also good for next day. You will stand in line for at least 1 1/2 hrs befor getting on chair lifts. Either get there at 8:3am or wait till about 4:00pm. Park is nice but food is very expensive, take snacks and buy the drink. Roller coasters can not be viewed from the park area. Great place to visit more improvements are on the way.

    Awesome stay! Location is right next to Anakeesta and the downtown strip, making it super easy to walk to do anything and everything in Gatlinburg without having to drive. Parking lots were great, had no issues with parking our cars at all. We also had no issues with bugs of any kind and looks like the spray often to keep them away which I love. The two pools were very nice and we loved enjoying the gas lit fire pits outside! Very active bear area which is cool to see. Would definitely stay here again!

    I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming lodge, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The staff were incredibly kind, courteous, and went out of their way to be accommodating throughout my visit. The location is ideal—just a mile from Anakeesta, in downtown Gatlinburg, and only minutes from the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The lodge itself has a quaint and cozy atmosphere with a thoughtful, themed design that adds to its charm.
