Location was amazing. Everything was a walking distance and I barely needed an Uber. We literally walked everywhere and I don't regret not renting a car at all. Loved the free coffee machine and popcorn. The room is very spacious and the view is amazing on the Chicago River and the built-in window bench is phenomenal.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Trump International Hotel & Tower in Chicago, and I want to extend my deepest gratitude to all the staff who made my visit so memorable. First and foremost, a special thank you to Ana in Guest Relations for the exceptional management of all my requests. Your professionalism and attention to detail were truly appreciated. I also want to thank Luis, the Chef Concierge, for helping me discover the best that Chicago has to offer. Your recommendations made my trip much more enjoyable! Aaliyah at the front desk deserves a heartfelt thank you for assisting me with an early check-in. Your kindness and efficiency made a great start to my stay. Additionally, Alice at Terrace 16 provided top-notch service during my meals, making each dining experience delightful. I must also express my gratitude to the entire housekeeping staff, bellmen, security personnel, and all employees of this magnificent hotel. Your hard work and dedication to guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed and genuinely enhanced my experience. Thank you once again for an incredible stay.
