Feels a bit like the heartbeat of the port side of the city. It opens on the Mississippi river one one side and the cathedral on the other, while all around are artist selling interesting pieces or making your portrait on the spot. Jackson Square has some wonderful history to it and a beautiful cathedral you should stop in and see. Also, Cafe Du Monde is right there, BUT...it gets very crowded very quickly. If you are after Begniets and chickory coffee...you can find the very same thing at so many other little cafes all over the French Quarter, I suggest you skip Cafe Du Monde and get a better deal elsewhere.Guest review byDugan-Moore - 10.0
