The Orchard Hotel was perfect for us close to the Columbian counsel, whi h we had business with. It was a short walk from the Larkspur ferry terminal. Close to China town and othe great eateries. We would stay here again

    This was a must-do when we went to San Francisco and we...

    This was a must-do when we went to San Francisco and we caught a cable car to to top of the street, walked down it and then back up the other side to jump back on the tram to continue on to Union Square.

    We wanted to find it on our way to the Oakland airport. It was early morning and suddenly we were driving down the corkscrew road! It was so fun. My kids loved the experience. And doing it at sunrise was perfect!

    We took the trolley from Ghirardelli Square up the hill to Lombard and walked down. I cannot imagine driving in SF. We saw several folks on Segways come down the hill. They looked like they had a great time. Beautifully landscaped area.

    Beautiful location, near Palace of Fine Arts and Golden Gate Bridge. The motel is quaint, and the decor is like a Tuscan villa. Flowers hanging from every window, new renovated bathrooms, and classy touches throughout. Although we were right off Lombard Street, it was a very quiet and peaceful stay.

    Its a cosy hotel with spacious and clean rooms. We had everything we needed for a short stay. If you are ok to walk, you can walk to Pier 33 for Alcatraz and pass an iconic Lombard Street. We were with mini van and it was always a parking place for us (taking into consideration that it is a holiday season). No breakfast option

    We had a view of the Golden Gate Bridge from our room and we were on Lombard Street, the famous windy street in San Francisco! We weren’t far from the wharf, which was incredible spent time on Pier 45, and watched the sea lions and the antique pinball machine museum on Pier 39 1/2! So fun easy to get around to anywhere!

    Recently remodeled, reopened. Sam the manager was very courteous, professional. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfy. Great location on Lombard street. Restaurants near by.
