Thanks me for choosing this hotel 😃 Honestly, so great place! Amazing! Beautiful buildings among the pine forest. Great heated pool and jacuzzi with amazing views. Delicious food and very nice staff. One of the best hotels I found in the US. Thanks to all staff! I would be so happy to come back

From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had an incredible view of the snow-capped mountain. The amenities were top-notch, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel made our stay feel extra special.

Great energy, cosy, lovely accomodation close to the heart of everything. I felt like I was at home and slept very well. The climate control is perfectly balanced. Cool in the bedroom for good sleeping and warm in the bathroom for the early morning shower. The owners take great care in making this a welcoming and warm space.

The rooms were newly renovated. Nice shower. Very nicely done. The price was good. The staff very friendly, Ian was the best. Good location. Nice bar/restaurant next door. The hotel gives you a 10% coupon to use there. The food was good Close to freeway

    This was a big rip-off.

    This was a big rip-off. There were a couple fun activities, putting stuffing into a teddy-bear, but not worth the hundreds of dollars the activity costs a family. They could have made it much better--perhaps actually try to make it look like the North Poll instead of a just a big barn. For they price the owners could afford to make something really nice, but they didn't. Rating: 0 reindeer!

    Stayed for the north Pole experience trip. The rooms were very clean and updated. The entire hotel was clean and well maintained. We ate in the restaurant which was delicious and service was exceptional. Only recommendation would be to request a room facing the back of the hotel that looks over The trees and land in place of the parking lot. Everything was beautifully decorated for the holidays.
