Everything was great! The room was huge, clean, elegant and so well decorated. Very very comfortable beds too, they were amazing. The bathroom was awesome, beautiful and huge as well. The staff was extremely kind and comprehensive. We would repeat if we go again to that area without doubts.

Everything is great, room facilities, staff, location. We stayed there for a week to visit all local natural wonders of north Arizona. Hotel also offers breakfast.

On arrival the Staff were really friendly even while I had a Credit Card problem , they helped me thru the problem .The room was wonderful and when the snow arrived I was able to stay another night , credit must be given to your front office staff cheers to them

    This was a big rip-off.

    This was a big rip-off. There were a couple fun activities, putting stuffing into a teddy-bear, but not worth the hundreds of dollars the activity costs a family. They could have made it much better--perhaps actually try to make it look like the North Poll instead of a just a big barn. For they price the owners could afford to make something really nice, but they didn't. Rating: 0 reindeer!

    Stayed for the north Pole experience trip. The rooms were very clean and updated. The entire hotel was clean and well maintained. We ate in the restaurant which was delicious and service was exceptional. Only recommendation would be to request a room facing the back of the hotel that looks over The trees and land in place of the parking lot. Everything was beautifully decorated for the holidays.
