I received dedicated support, the room was clean and beautiful, near Hoan Kiem Lake and places to eat. The owner even changed me to a bigger and more spacious room than the room I booked. Airport pick-up service was on time and pleasant

Great location, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The staff was very nice and very helpful. They had closed the streets around the hotel while we were there so we were nervous about how to get to the taxi to get back to the airport. The lovely girl at reception whose name I unfortunately don't recall arranged for our taxi pickup and walked us through the crazy crowds, helping us with our luggage and stayed with us until the taxi driver found us. I am sure if she hadn't been on the phone with the taxi driver helping him navigate his way to us we would have been very late. Very grateful for her assistance. The hotel room was very clean and spacious and was a much appreciated quiet haven from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The host Rosie was amazing. We loved her hospitality. She helped her in every possible way that she could. The location is amazing right in the centre of the city. The night market is just outside the hotel. The family room was beautiful with the super cute balcony. Also she had a whole map of the city which was very helpful for tourists. And they have Netflix too You are doing great Rosie...Keep going. Would love to visit again and stay at your place

Super super wonderful staff, really attentive and caring, smiling and wanting to talk and help you with everything. The room was super clean, although not huge but big enough for 2 to live comfortably. Bed was really really comfortable, bathroom was spacious enough, hot water working well, AC working well (though we didn't use it). There was a fair bit of noise since we were in the floor directly below the breakfast buffet, where you get off the elevator and climb up the last flight of stairs to go eat. But it wasn't a huge deal, we could sleep through it just fine. It had whatever amenities we needed, and the water in the first floor was cheaper than in supermarkets nearby. Location was great as tours to Halong Bay could come pick us up at the circular water tank 2min away walking, and normal taxis and such could find the exact location easily. The view wasn't anything special but it's understandable when you know what most of Hanoi looks like. Location was great to walk to attractions like St Joseph cathedral or the Citadel and Ho Chi Minh's museum. It involved a 20 min walk either way but once you get used to Hanoi's crazy rhythm, busy streets and general chaos, you find that walking anywhere is really manageable and safe, we never felt unsafe at all in Hanoi. Hotel is also really close to a street where a night market forms that is GREAT for souvenir shopping, saw a lot of really cheap clothes, hand-made stuff and trinkets that are really something to look at. Food around is fairly easy to find, you really can't go wrong if you eat like a local. 10/10 really!!

    Great position in the centre of the old town. Also so close to West Lake. Dong Xuan Market is only a short 15min walk away. Staff were excellent organising a fantastic trip to Ha Long bay for us. Really responsive for any questions you had.

    The Sono hotel is in a fantastic location. Easy walking distance to Dong xuan market, night market, hoan kiem lake… Our bed was very comfortable. Their tips for food and tour were really great. We had best local foods and nice cruise in Lan ha bay . Our plan was disrupted by typhoon but Lee quickly rearranged for us. We had to do nothing, just enjoy!

    We had such a lovely experience at The Sono Hanoi hotel. All staff were professional, friendly, helpful and like family. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is so conveniently located. You can walk to everywhere: Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, dong xuan market, hoan kiem lake, night market. Lee helped us to arrange a day tour to halong bay and Trang An. The trip was very nice.

    From the Sono hotel, it is very convenient to walk to see the old quarter, it only takes almost 3 mins on foot to night or dong xuan market. At the opposite site, there are many BBQ street foods ( we had BBQ beef which was very delicious). Our room was very nice with a balcony. It’s clean and spacious. The staff are incredibly helpful. They can give you advices on restaurants and visiting places. They arranged our tour to Ninh Binh and Halong bay at very good service and price

    From early check-in, booking tours, calling a taxi, to giving directions — Jasmine and her team handled everything quickly and with a friendly attitude. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice big window for fresh air. Every morning started with a bowl of delicious beef pho, giving us the energy to explore Hanoi. The location is super convenient — just a short walk to Ta Hien Street, Dong Xuan Market, and other popular spots.

    The Sono Hanoi hotel is in the Old Quarter, very near Dong Xuan market and Long Bien bridge. The room is big and beautiful, good breakfast . They offer pick up from the airport and tours. Staff are welcoming and kind, make sure you have all the information you need, and give you the feeling you are at home.

    Hanoian Central Hotel is in such a convenient spot, just a few minutes' walk to Dong Xuan Market, Train Street and the weekend Night Market. The Old Quarter is busy and a bit chaotic, but that's part of the charm. I love exploring the nearby food stalls, then coming back to the hotel for some quiet and comfort. It really felt like the best of both worlds

    The Sono hotel is in the Old Quarter, a few steps to Dong Xuan market, a few minutes on food to Hoan Kiem lake. Rooms were clean and staff are so friendly and nice. We travelled in Ha Noi with stress free. They made a very good plan for us hence we could follow easily. Their arrangement for Sapa trekking tour was great. Thanks Ms Lee.
