This was my second time staying here and it was even better than the first. The facilities are well-maintained, towels are replaced daily, and the swimming pool with its panoramic city view is absolutely stunning at night. The lobby is stylish and welcoming, and I was once again greeted with a tasty welcome drink at check-in. The staff remain as friendly and attentive as always, making this place a true favorite to return to.

This hotel is so amazing that it feels like it’s a 5⭐️hotel! They upgraded my room. 🤗From the beginning all the staff was amazing, especially Mr.Bao. He is an additional vakue to this beautiful hotel. Once again, I’d like to thank him from bottom of my heart. Everyone is doing great job with a smile on their face. They serve real cafe latte & capuccino, smoothies etc at the breakfast. They have large variety of pastries including focaccia ! Everything is delicious. The hotel is spotlessly clean and they don’t hesitate to keep A/C on at public places. Also I love decoration of the hotel! Housekeeping is amazing too, they do great job. And they always replace all the toiletries like cotton buds, shampoo shower cap etc. They even made me a surprise by decorating my bed with rose petals 😍🥰 You must workout at the gym. It’s spectacular. On the other hand, bed is very comfortable and curtains black out the sun completely. No noise from other rooms during my stay. They helped me in the best way whenever I needed help. I felt welcomed as soon as I entered the the hotel and I felt the same way until I leave! Hats off to the brilliant owner and CEO of this wonderful hotel! 🥂 I’m already looking forward to staying here again🥰 (I’d add a lot more photos but the app lets only 4 photos)

    Fabulous illuminated bridge at night, one of many with lit up boats on the river. The city can be confusing with lots of waterways and a beach nearby so I advise going full on with the maps apps. I booked into one hotel to be told I was in another - don't expect 5* service from cheap hotels in Vietnam. In the Northern rural region you can hope for very friendly people who do not see many farang. Their salaries are a pittance and jobs are hard to find compared to the West so be generous when you can. Avoid getting angry with the local men when they are drunk in large groups as that won't turn out well.

    Try and time your trip to be there for Friday and Saturday...

    Try and time your trip to be there for Friday and Saturday night when the bridge has a fire show. Don't do what I did and be on the wrong side of the river. You want to be on the beach side where the dragons head is

    Very clean apartment with 2 bedrooms. The owner was very responsive and very accommodating. The area is very close to cafes, restaurants, kmart, and Dragon Bridge. Our apartment was on the 3rd level. We had to carry our bigs bags when we checked in. When I told the owner about it, she said that I should have informed her so that her staff can help carry the bags. Indeed, she and her staff were there to bring our bags down when we checked out.

    Great location, close to dragon bridge, airport and beach area over river. Room was clean and well decorated. Bathroom was beautiful and hotel was quiet and peaceful for sleep. Didn’t use pool at all but did go up to have a look and was very clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again.

    Exceptional service from the staff that made our stay enjoyable. Brian Duy was amazing and Sumny was great. The driver Harry also showed us the Dragon bridge on the way back from the hotel (late flight) and we got to see it breathed fire! Overall, could not have started our Vietnam trip any better and we were lucky to have picked this hotel! There’s also great massage right below with a discount!

    Hsuites seemed newly remodeled. They did a really good job of making the room very comfortable for longer stays. The Kitchenette is great. The hotel/apartments are close to the river, so the river walk is near with lots of restaurants. I booked it specifically because I wanted to be near the Dragon Bridge for the weekend show.
