Nice experience at this hotel. The receptionists are very friendly and smiling. They speak very good English and some even French. The massages are really great, I recommend them!

Great accommodation in old center Hanoi, very close to cafes, places to eat and other attractions. The staff was very helpful, the room was spacious, clean,the breakfast was a mix of continental and Vietnamese cuisine.
