A Wonderful Stay in Hanoi Thanks to Grace and the Staff We recently had the pleasure of staying in Hanoi, and our experience was truly exceptional thanks to the exceptional hospitality of Grace and the entire staff. Grace, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her helpfulness and assistance with everything we needed were invaluable. She truly embodied the spirit of Vietnamese hospitality, making us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. The entire staff was equally professional and friendly, always willing to help with a smile. They made sure our every need was met and exceeded, contributing significantly to our positive experience. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi. If you have the opportunity to be assisted by Grace, consider yourself lucky! Her dedication to guest satisfaction is truly commendable. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we owe a great deal of thanks to Grace and the staff for making it so. We will definitely return on our next trip to Hanoi!

This is an elegant building to see in passing but not worth...

This is an elegant building to see in passing but not worth making a special journey to unless you intend watching a performance there. There are equally elegant if smaller buildings especially in the French Quarter to see of all ages and degrees of shabbiness. Remember when walking around the old quarter of Hanoi to look up as you are avoiding getting run over, to see the real Hanoi above the street level and marvel at the styles, building hot-potch and evidence of former if unregulated buildings and wonder how they manage to stay up.
