I had an outstanding experience during my recent stay at this hotel, and I can't praise their hospitality enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like a valued guest, and their warmth and attentiveness truly stood out. The location of the hotel is undoubtedly one of the best in the old quarter area. It was incredibly convenient for exploring the city's attractions, which made my trip even more enjoyable. In summary, this hotel offers not only a prime location but also a team of exceptional staff members like Ms. May and Ryan who take hospitality to the next level. I had a fantastic experience, and I'll undoubtedly return on my next visit. Kudos to the entire team!

This is an elegant building to see in passing but not worth making a special journey to unless you intend watching a performance there. There are equally elegant if smaller buildings especially in the French Quarter to see of all ages and degrees of shabbiness. Remember when walking around the old quarter of Hanoi to look up as you are avoiding getting run over, to see the real Hanoi above the street level and marvel at the styles, building hot-potch and evidence of former if unregulated buildings and wonder how they manage to stay up.
