The hotel is really cozy with good location and the front desk girl is really helpful. Btw the breakfast pho is really good. I ordered noodles everyday. Hotel price is a good deal for travellers. You can pay either by card or cash. I recommend cash cuz there’s a 2% fee for card.On the check out date, you can ask the hotel for the drop off service to the airport. It is cheaper than grab. Overall, really happy to stay here.

Lily and her crews were very helpful, attentive to our needs. Whenever we had a request, they did their best to fulfil them and always made sure we got what we needed. Also, they provided guidances in terms of where to explore around Hanoi. We really felt well taken care of! Thanks Lily and the team at Hanoi E Central Hotel for everything :)

This is an elegant building to see in passing but not worth making a special journey to unless you intend watching a performance there. There are equally elegant if smaller buildings especially in the French Quarter to see of all ages and degrees of shabbiness. Remember when walking around the old quarter of Hanoi to look up as you are avoiding getting run over, to see the real Hanoi above the street level and marvel at the styles, building hot-potch and evidence of former if unregulated buildings and wonder how they manage to stay up.
