Lodgings in Lugano

it was not far from the train station with a convenient bus route to the hotel.

Location was phenomenal… Walking distance to everything, including the absolutely gorgeous park across the street. It was also a plus to have washers and dryers halfway through our trip. Game changer!

Everything. Especially location and staff

Pool ,location,free transportation ticket,customs service,outdoor

very cute style, it's giving motel vibes from hollywood classics

Near bus stops and train stations, close to restaurants and walks along the lake. Quiet at night.

Perfect room, nice staff and beautiful view!

We stayed for a night. The gentleman that welcomed us was kind. He offered my husband coffee even though we didn't buy the breakfast there. Thanks a lot!

Clean , staff friendly, swimming pool , location

One of the best hotels I've ever been to. Spacious and very comfortable room, very clean as well, and excellent breakfast. And what could I say about the view? What a view! The combination with the lake surrounded by the mountains is surreal. We will definitely go back soon.

The hotel is well maintaned and the staff was really nice, breakfast was great.

hotel is exceptionally quite, close to train station, and staff are very nice , I really enjoyed the stay for three days

Great location. Our room was clean and tidy and good for a short stay. Breakfast supplied is good and all staff throughout the hotel are very friendly. You can catch a bus from the train station that stops not far from the hotel. Very convenient.

The rooms are spacious with nice views.

The location is perfect. In the center and a lot of shops, cafe and restaurants. friendly staff, and delicious breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel!”

Excellent stay in Paradiso which is a short walk from Lugano center.

Great location with a nice walk along the water super close. We were most grateful for the lovely staff who made our stay even better. They were kind enough to check us in early as we were travelling with luggage, and were extra kind and accommodating! Thank you very much!!

Great location right next to the Lugano Main Station. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was great and spacious with a great view. Would recommend!!!

Well located. Lots of good options for breakfast! The room was comfortable.

Perfect location. Great staff.

Wonderful location, loved the bus passes and amazing breakfast!

We have stayed at many hotels throughout Europe, and the Continental Parkhotel was one of our favorites. It has a beautiful, quiet elegance to it, the rooms and views are lovely, quite a large bathroom & shower for Europe, which we loved! Spacious room & fantastic views. The free breakfast was extensive & delicious and the breakfast room was lovely, all glass with views of the lake and property. And the property itself is worth a stroll, plus don’t miss the evenings (or happy hours!) in the hotel bar/lounge (quite lovely) or the fantastic hotel restaurant. The food was amazing. I can’t say enough about the the hotel, but truly the staff shined the brightest down to each & every one we came into contact with, from Immanuela & Roberta at the Fri t desk that assisted with special requests, to the two bartenders, breakfast room & restaurant staff, housekeeping, everyone is so welcoming. I cannot wait to return & would highly recommend!!!!

The amazing friendly staff and rooms

The hotel location is wonderful we had a room with balcony the view was fantastic! Very clean room, bathroom needs a little updating, the breakfast was ok. Coffee available at reception was good!

Good location, big hotel, parking and super nice staff that go beyond and above to make the customer feel welcome. We got an updated room, free underground parking and notez thank you!

Our stay at GuestHouse University by LR was amazing — I was very happy to share the experience with my mom. Communication with the staff before our arrival was excellent, and they made everything very easy for us. It’s important to note that if you need in-person assistance, you have to go to a different location than the guesthouse itself, the staff There AMAZING!! they provided us with a free regional transport pass, which was a great bonus. The room was spacious, with a small kitchen and a balcony, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is also very convenient — you can walk to the city center or take advantage of the many transport options around. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again!

The location very close it’s in the center 5 minutes drive to the lake.

The reception desk (Leila) was pleasant and friendly and try to assist the best she can. The breakfast was great.

Super clean and spacious room, with lots of natural light. Really loved the bright and cheery decor. It felt very homey and relaxing. A wonderful change from the dreary dark rooms at other places I've stayed at. Made me wish my stay here was a little longer. The hotel staff were super friendly, offering to help me with my luggages at the staircase. They even offered me some cultery to use when I brought my take out back to the hotel. Would definitely choose this hotel again if I come back to this area.
