Amazing rooms, location is close to everything. Breakfast was great, and the staff was very attentive. They even checked me in earlier than expected.

Simple, modern, clean, friendly staff

The room was very nice. Lots of nice touches; the lavender spray; toiletries, coffee/tea and snacks were lovely. I even gave the expresso machine a try! Staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn’t have chance to try restaurant or sadly the pool.

Fab location, felt safe, it was clean, large room, lots of room downstairs jn the lounge and kitchen. You could use the facilities to make meals or snacks, and everyone was really kind. There is so much to do in Bath you just want a crash pad and this was fab.

It’s really close to the train station! The location is perfect. The staff here are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

They were absolutely lovely, the water wasnt hot due to plumbing works, but within an hour or so i was hot, plus they offered me freebies for the inconvenience. The older buildings hold such character and these things happen, but the professional manner and care was above and beyond.

Beautiful hotel, with lots of character. Lovely gardens, pool and spa, and common areas full of artwork and authentic decor. Staff was amazing and rooms were very spacious and comfortable.

Attention to detail. They seem to have thought of everything. Having a place to park is a great asset, enabling us to walk into the city centre in a comfortable fifteen minutes. The B&B was very warm and inviting and the hosts were very welcoming and helpful.

Beautiful period property within easy walking distance of historic sites. Lovely dining room reasonably priced, and very tasty. Superb staff

The decor was really lovely, I love that it was old converted townhouses. It made it feel historical in a way but the decor was fresh and modern. The room was very clean and stocked. I really liked that they provided hot chocolate in the room and more beverages beyond just water. The staff were super helpful and lovely too, I was able to stow my luggage after check out no problem and charge my phone. They also gave me great recommendations for places to go and eat . The location was perfect, really close to the train station as well as the downtown important historic area (very well situated). All in all I would stay here again absolutely.

Lovely hotel, with super friendly staff as soon as you step in. Fantastic location, within easy reach of all Bath’s site. Our room was a great size with a very comfortable bed. The shower was great - v powerful! Has clearly been renovated recently to a very high standard.

Very close to shopping, Roman baths, and the city centre. The room was very cute with nice decorations, the beds were comfortable and they had coffee,tea, hot chocolate and snacks in the room
