Top notch hotel. excellent staff. Clean rooms . located in the center of Bath and only a 3 minute walk to the Roman baths. The hotel has an excellent spa that is free to patrons at certain times of the day.

Rooms were of high quality and standard. Only one small issue with a dirty coffee cup left at the coffee making area (perhaps customer service recovery could have been initiated). Everything else was wonderful, friendly staff. good local knowledge, good advice.
