The view from the room, the room size and the friendly hospitality by the stuff. Too many coffee and restaurant places on the Cornish also the Brighton Pier is walking distance from the hotel

We were upgraded to a beautiful suite with an incredible view. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The staff were incredible.

This hotel is a prize winner. We usually go to London for our Christmas break and randomly decided to go to Brighton. Given the very low standard of hotels in London and the appalling bad service we've put up with we had low expectations. What we found was such a friendly and warm welcome from reception staff right down to barman who made us fab margaritas😊 nothing was a problem. The hotel is spotless and public areas so relaxing. Beds are super comfy. From now on we'll visit London but stay here... Wwwaaayyy more bang for your pound

Great location. Easy to take the #7 bus to The Lanes and Pier. Free parking (and plenty of spaces). I don't know why some comments were negative about the parking. Look for the BIG Car Park building; go up to 6th floor; park anywhere; walk to boardwalk bridge; procede to hotel entrance. Simple. Easy. Room was big (sea view; second floor BIG open, deck. Third floor has small deck, but very nice. Bar was very nice for drinks and bar food. Very helpful staff. If you stay 2 nights and don't need room service, they give you bar vouchers for a free drink ($7.50 limit per drink).

Good size room. Very clean and comfortable. Good central heating radiator (easy to use and quick to heat up). We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again.

A gorgeous hotel right on the seafront, lovely staff and comfortable room. The lobby is cozy with really beautiful interior decor.

Staff members were outstanding. Breakfast was very basic. We received an upgrade while celebrating our anniversary. The staff remained excellent and kind. Although the room sat on the fourth floor and was hard to reach without a lift, managing a two-year-old with a stroller and luggage made it somewhat difficult. Overall, it was a great experience.

We really liked what we got the price we paid. It was very clean, good location, friendly local staff, good english breakfast, they also have a very nice terrace where also locals come for a pint on a sunset and a night drag show!
