The hotel excellent, very spatious rooms, very clean and comfortable, very good breakfast and very friendly staff. The walk-in shower is always a major plus for us. The location is also very convenient, walking distance to the historic center and all major attractions of Chester.

Charles' place was really nice: a well equiped kitchen, a spacious living room, three bedrooms and 1.5 bathroom. We just spend a night as we were on our way home and we needed a night's rest, but we would definitely consider the place if we would be visiting Chester or its surrounding area for a longer period of time. Charles was kind enough to let us leave our belongings after the agreed upon check-out-time, so we could walk around Chester without our luggage.

I can’t rate this property enough! Owners went above and beyond to accommodate us as we was staying over mainly for the races. Also, if you are going the races, you can’t get much closer to the racecourse than this, this is the perfect location for the town as well as the races too. The apartment itself is perfect for a small group or a family as well, the property felt very homely and has everything you need. If this property is available again next time I come up, I will definitely be booking here! 100% recommend.

Everything! Spacious room, extremely well and tastefully furnished. Included a writing desk, TV, two comfortable chairs, as well as two large and one standing mirror. Loads of storage and table lamps all around the room. Excellent large bathroom/wet room. Super shower with copious volumes of hot water. The breakfast room was part of this delightful farm barn conversion and the breakfast served by the very friendly and chatty owners matched it accordingly. The decor was top notch throughout, as was the garden and grounds outside, all with pleasant views of the surrounding countryside. Plenty of parking in a very neat and well maintained area right at the front of the property. Faultless!
