The girl that worked the desk every morning was so sweet and helpful. We looked forward to her warm smile and greeting every time we went in or out! The rooms were very clean and plenty big enough for us. The beds were amazing and the pillows were the best. Every need was met by the staff. Our balcony was a nice size to enjoy the cool breeze at night. The pool, although not huge, was always empty because most people go out everyday to do all the sightseeing, going go the beach, or all the other adventures the area had to offer. The pool was also immaculately kept. Crystal clear clean water at a great temp and a view of the ocean. They provided large pool/beach towels for us, loungers were nice and there were umbrellas. I did everything online and got a response within 10 hrs at the most.

Everything is exceptional, even have an instant water machine and a baby station ! Complementary beer. Nice clean pool. Quiet air-con and very nice staff. Bed is super comfy. Location is just quiet enough and close to center. Good and not too expensive food downstairs.

My stay here was great! I was there for two weeks with my husband and three children. I have to admit because the price seemed too good to be true and the photos didn’t really convince me, I was a little worried at first BUT i was happily surprised. The Master bathroom has it’s own bathroom. The two bedrooms have two beds each (so we had an extra bed in the room where my son stayed). Each area has AC. All of the appliances are new. There was sufficient plates, mugs, silverware etc. I did rent a car so it was easy for us to get to beach, and explore. On the days we had activities planned we would leave very early in the morning and come back very late at night there was always someone very attentive at the gate to let us in and out. It was safe to drive in Quintana Roo and we never had any issues. The days we stayed in we enjoyed a nice quiet time by the pool. other family members rented a much bigger place right at the Quinta Avenida & though it was nice that it was right by the beach, their stove didn’t work, water pressure was not good, it was loud at night because of the clubs and there were big roaches!(& They paid a lot more!) I am so glad I didn’t change my mind and cancel my booking because I definitely liked where we stayed, we felt safe and I would most definitely stay here again! Thank you the owner for giving us a nice, clean place to stay. (I tried to take some pictures before I left but I tried to leave it the way I found it so

Everything was so perfect, it was extremely clean, very beautiful hacienda same as you could see in the telenovelas, Glen was very responsive, host welcome us very well, de could see the monkeys it was extraordinary, and they have the cutest dog ever we enjoyed every moment I just can’t wait to come back again

The host was the nicest. She even fought with a taxi driver for us who tried to overcharge us. She gave us good tips, was super responsive instantly and had a very positive vibe. A really welcoming and safe place. The food could be better but other than that our stay was really good. The rooms were big and clean.

    We loved that the apartment is right smack in the middle of everything! La Quinta Avenida which is the main stretch for shopping, bars and restaurants, Ado - the bus station and the beach are all walking distance! There is also an OXXO convenience store just across for any small thing that you need. We had a car and there was free parking at the basement. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely book again!

    We liked how spacious the condo was. We loved the air conditioner in each room and we loved the huge table, we were able to accomodate everyone very comfortably. The condo had enough restrooms for everyone. Overall,we loved it and would recommendo to anyone with a big family and anyone looking for something with a parking lot. We were very pleased with the service.
