We stayed in a two bedroom suite facing the ocean and woke up to rainbows every morning! The hotel itself is in the best location in Waikiki and we appreciated proximity to all the luxury shops, restaurants and beaches. The D tower is close to a little market downstairs which was really helpful and Dean & Deluca provided some great caffeine fix. We also enjoyed the pool -- my 3 yr old niece made some very special memories learning to swim there. The property is sparkling clean, tastefully decorated and very secure with tons of helpful staff at the valet desk which was great for shopping/parking. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need, and while we ate out for the most part, it was really great to cook sometimes and do the laundry as we stayed over a week. The suite was very comfortable for our family of 4 adults and 1 kid, and the quality of service was exceptional throughout our stay. From the cleaning staff to bell men to front desk, every single hotel staff we encountered remained courteous, quick and kind. In particular the concierge team, Jordan and Aiko, went above and beyond their ways to make our stay so special for my sister's wedding and I am so grateful for all their help before, during and after our stay. My mom loved the view and ambience of La Vie restaurant for breakfasts and we enjoyed Friday fireworks twice during our stay, once from the Italian restaurant on site and also from our suite. It is as good as it gets in Waikiki when you have such a luxurious, calm and peaceful home base, especially for a family visit. I also stayed at Kahala resorts before my family arrived and still think that the Ritz was the best choice for the family to spend time together. As someone who spends more time at 5 star hotels than my own home, the quality of the staff and service really stood out for me for this property and I look forward to going back❤️🌈

El Hale-Hoola B&B, situado en Captain Cook, ofrece conexión wifi gratis. The property is nestled just off the highway. The view from our room and from the lanai was outstanding. It was a comfortable room for my husband and our two teenage boys. We were served delicious breakfast with eggs cooked a variety of ways, fresh fruit, pastries (including fresh baked scones), and breakfast meat each day. The owners were friendly and informative. There was snorkel gear, beach towels, beach shoes, beach towels, and a boogie board (that had seen better days, but was well loved by my boys) to borrow. There were lots of guide books to borrow as well. We loved being just South of Capitan Cook. We left every day after breakfast and explored until after supper. There is a comfortable shared family room outside of each of the rooms, but we were not spending much time at the resort awake.

Four Seasons Resort Maui is reimagining our Spa and Wellness Center in the lower lobby. Increible, desde la llegada hasta la salida, todo perfecto, las camas, almohadas, las vistas, los restaurantes y comida en la piscina. Nos dieron algunos regalos por estar de luna de miel que apreciamos mucho, y destaco la suite que tienen para la gente con late check out, teniamos un vuelo nocturno, por lo que nos quedamos toda la tarde en el hotel, y antes de la salida te pasan una suite (compartida) con baños, duchas, batas, toallas, bebidas, etc, muy cómodo. Ya con ganas de probar otras locaciones de esta cadena.

Unreal location and setting. Views are incrrdible. Style of the hotel is chic and great. The beach is lovely. Turtles galore. Staff excellent.

This is a brand-new and perfect residence. It feels like breathing together with this island in the Pacific Ocean and becoming one. The mind is bright and clear. You can rest peacefully and enjoy the view comfortably, watching the sunset by the sea. All around are the sounds of insects, birds and the wind blowing through the tropical jungle. The room is large and tidy, and incredibly clean. The kitchen is well-equipped with all kinds of appliances and seasonings. This place is a perfect home. And it only takes a few minutes by car to reach Walmart and many nice restaurants. Thanks to the landlord and the cleaning staff. This stay is unforgettable. The only regret is that I only planned to stay in Kona for one day. I really should have stayed here for the entire vacation.

We all loved the lil hale, so much attention to detail, giving the home a genuine organic feel that is not easy to pull off with an air bnb. Fresh cut flowers, bidet, heated toilet seat, one of a kind lamps, old school board games, a ukulele, fireplace, precut wood, a sparkling clean hot tub. Personal touches by the host created a comfy stay.
