Absolutely amazing, simply put.

It was fabulous 2 Nights stay in Zermatt. Love the place and the staffs. Location was great, we can walk from the train station, not too far. Also, the hotel has free-shuttle service. We have a minor problem with the curtain but the staff was quickly response and fix the issue. Breakfast was excellent too.

The room's presentation was nothing short of fabulous, exuding a charming winter European décor. It featured a luxurious king-size bed where I instantly drifted into a deep sleep after a long day in the snow. The bathroom was equally impressive, equipped with an Electronic Smart Bidet Toilet Seat controlled by a remote, a spacious tub, and a rainfall showerhead with an attached hose. To top it off, the amenities included a pool, jacuzzi, and a relaxing steam room, perfect for unwinding. What made me select this particular property? The appeal of its unique winter ambiance and luxurious amenities drew me in. Another highlight was the three incredible restaurants located in the main lobby area. I dined at one of them, and the experience was nothing short of fabulous, making the stay even more memorable.

Everything. From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were home, and we treated it as such. Rainier, everything about your holiday apartment made us so happy. We were so comfy, content and everything we needed was there. After a long day of hiking and exploring, we looked so forward to opening the door to our little Swiss house making supper, reading, watching a movie and relaxing. Thank you SO much for sharing your home with us. We highly recommend you!!

The place was very easy to find, and having an underground garage made parking and check-in super convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of utensils and cookware, which is perfect for guests who like to cook their own meals. Outside the door, there are also lounge chairs and a sofa where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful mountain view.

It was comfortable and good for 4 people.

Beds were comfortable, but to make a queen size we had to push two twin beds together and that left a hard wooden gap in the middle... very uncomfortable .

Everything! Lobby, room, staff, breakfast, environment and cleaning were all perfect! Even I could not use all facilities, room was so clean, spacious and there was everything we need. It was like a 5 star stay btw.

This place was perfect for our family of four. We were close to the train station, 5 mins walking distance to the Sunnegga funicular and right beside a ski rental shop. It was comfortable and clean. We had a wonderful stay! Zermatt was a lot of fun!

Their warm and respectful attitude greatly enhanced the overall experience, making us feel truly welcome. Breakfast was another highlight of the stay — delicious, fresh, and offering a great variety that catered to different tastes. Property location is only 50m to Zermatt station. Hotel provided shuttle service to pick-up luggage. Very courteous and helpful staff who assisted in everything. Breakfast and evening tea was available and included in our package.
