Fantastic: City planning; Buildings' architectural design,...
Fantastic: City planning; Buildings' architectural design, well balanced skyline; Integration with nature; Stanley park; boat tours; seaplane tours; sea to sky gondola; Whistler and the drive there; just driving around the city is a pleasure. Unbearable: drug epidemics surounding downtown and Chinatown; you can see it is spreading to other parts of the city centre; human degradation; hundreds of people completly left to their fate; drug traffic and drug slavery; profound sadness and preplexity on how all the Comunnity - City/Province/Country - allows/drove this state of things. Mere spectators, it seems. It is an absolute no-go zone that should be clearly marked as such to city visitors - which is not, and that is far from okay. Unless one has professional interest in doing so.Guest review byJoséPortugal - 8.0

Victoria is very cute and quaint, it's really nice to walk around exploring, visiting historic buildings and nice shops. Fish and chips at Red Fish Blue Fish and Italian dinner at Il Terrazzo - both excellent choices!Guest review byAlexandraCanada - 10.0
Everything about Whistler is amazing.
Everything about Whistler is amazing. The Peak to Peak lift from Whistler Mtn to Blackcomb Mtn; golfing, horseback riding, etc. The valley trail means you can bike or walk absolutely everywhere in the village.Guest review byJoanneCanada - 10.0
Very expensive. Especially the restaurants. Area was ok.
Very expensive. Especially the restaurants. Area was ok. It was a reasonable ride to Vancouver, not far from the airport. We felt safe in the area where Sandman is. We used Uber to get to the cruise and the hotel shuttle fir the airport. I was surprised they didn't have a shuttle for the cruise ships even if they charged.Guest review byIDAUnited States - 8.0
We really enjoyed the Secwepemc Museum.
We really enjoyed the Secwepemc Museum. It was a little complicated to find and the museum is not big but well presented and organized and easy to navigate. The stories of the culture of the Secwepemc people, government involvement, and the boarding school were all well told and illustrated. The small gift shop had some interesting material for sale.Guest review byRoyUnited States - 10.0
Downtown Kelowna has many great restaurants within walking...
Downtown Kelowna has many great restaurants within walking distance. There are also plenty of wineries and breweries, and in recent years, some beaches where drinking alcohol is allowed have appeared (you can look it up for details). Parasailing over the lake adds to the lively atmosphere. There are also farms where you can pick fruit and places where you can interact with kangaroos — the more you discover, the more fun it becomes.Guest review byKaoriCanada - 10.0

One of the best things for me was the Revelation Gondola up Revelstoke Mountain with gorgeous views and trails at the top. Crazy Creek Waterfalls, about a 40 minute drive from Revelstoke, was fantastic with a few viewing points. Nels Nelson Ski Jump in Mount Revelstoke National Park is another lovely short hike with some of Revelstoke's ski jump history. We also enjoyed the Revelstoke Train Museum. Revelstoke is a friendly, laid back town with great restaurants and shops.Guest review byBrendaCanada - 10.0
Beautiful surroundings of the mountains.
Beautiful surroundings of the mountains. This area is perfect for day trips to Banff, Lake Louise and Emerald Lake. Less crowded and less expensive hotels here than Banff. And the drive from Golden to Banff is beautiful.Guest review byFrankieUnited States - 10.0
The Inner Harbor was beautiful.
The Inner Harbor was beautiful. The Snowbirds did a show when I was there. The harbor was lively and fun. The hiking in the area was awesome. Nanaimo is easy to navigate with a car. Great halfway stop between Victoria and Tofino.Guest review byMary LynnUnited States - 10.0
I love the many interesting shops in Penticton.
I love the many interesting shops in Penticton. I also like the beach, more for the view than for swimming. There are lovely gardens, a great art gallery, fantastic food for dairy-free/gluten-free including Gratify (on Main Street) and Dosa Vilas (Power Street/Westminster). I highly recommend them both. Fantastic market on Saturday.Guest review byCluckyCanada
