One of the greatest hotels I've ever stayed in! They even have good coffee - a miracle in hotels LOL. The staff are absolutely incredible - funny and sweet. Location of the hotel is 100% perfect, in the most beautiful part of town. Bed + room were wonderful, bed was incredible. I had an amazing massage from (I think!) Katarina - who also gave get advice for my old injuries. The swimming pool downstairs is also incredible, really nice to book it for a low number slot + no kids <3. Breakfast also amazing.

Breakfast is not served. However, the room was equipped with a nespresso coffee maker, and Michail was helpful in providing coffee capsules, tea bags and water. Beautiful, 100% authentic accommodation. Location is in the heart of Rethimno. Would totally recommend it for one special night.

The hotel met our expectations, large room and convinient for the airport in fact we were flying the day after and it took inly few minutes ti get there by bus.

I stayed for one night in a single room and had a great experience. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It was perfect for a short stay. The location is very convenient, close to the city center with easy access to everything. Overall, a great choice for solo travelers. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect hotel near to the downtown. You can park free on the streets and reach the canter by walk.

Breakfast was fine, basic the location of the hotel s gerogeous - above the port and below the city center - all walking distances , there was noise of airplanes but not crucial

Everything about the property was top, starting from the breakfast, the view , the serenity. I would highly recommend for anyone who would like to visit. The rooms are always clean. All the staffs are nice people .

They even surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which had just been newly renovated—an unexpected touch that made our stay even more memorable. The hotel’s location is perfect—right in the city centre—making it easy to explore Heraklion on foot and access everything we needed during our trip. One of the highlights for us was how pet-friendly the hotel is. Our furry family member was not only welcomed but even received special amenities from the staff, which we really appreciated. The overall warmth and hospitality of the team left a lasting impression on us. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast selection. It would be lovely to see more traditional Cretan options included. Overall, our experience was truly enjoyable, and we’d definitely recommend the hotel—especially for anyone traveling with pets or looking for a warm, personalized stay in the heart of Heraklion.

Everything was great! We were allowed to check in earlier, which was really appreciated as we didn’t have to wait for several hours. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they also helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location deserves a special mention. The hotel is only about a 7-minute walk from the city center and the sea, while the area is nice and quiet at night. There is also a bus stop literally just a few steps away, which makes it very easy to get to the beach, the airport, and other places around Heraklion. The prices are quite reasonable, especially considering the location and overall experience. We had a really good stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!
