Great location in the center of Heraklion, but still quiet enough for good night sleep. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast combining usual, international hotel breakfast choices with more local flavours.

Amazing Experience! 10/10 We recently spent ten unforgettable nights at this hotel, and we can’t praise it enough! The rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures—perfectly clean, modern, and comfortable. Every detail was carefully thought out to ensure a luxurious stay. But what truly makes this hotel stand out is the staff. They are the best I have ever encountered, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Their friendliness and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. The beach is absolutely perfect, with crystal-clear waters and soft sand, though there are some big rocks, so it might be better to wear sea shoes. It felt like a private paradise. The food at all five restaurants was exceptional—each one offering perfectly prepared and varied dishes that catered to all tastes. Everything in the hotel is brand new, which added to the overall sense of luxury. The pool area is fantastic as well, providing a perfect spot to relax. The hotel truly deserves its five-star rating. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that you have to pay extra for the sauna and indoor pool. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Great location, helpful staff… and one of the best breakfast buffets we’ve seen for a while. The room was large and very comfortable.

The staff was really friendly, we had to find quickly another room as our airbnb was a disappointment. They let us check-in and enter the room earlier as supposed. The tips that they gave us were to the point. Everyone was really kind and with the smile on the face, although they were working a lot of hours. The breakfast-buffet had a wide range of local delicacies. There was a bus station near the hotel, so that the centre was really easy to access.

Great hotel in the Center of Heraklion with a fantastic price for value. Since we arrived in the middle of the night we booked this accomodation because of the 24hr reception. Everything went very smoothly and the the receptionist was very friendly. Our room was very quiet and well suited for a nights stay in Heraklion.

Excellent hospitality, design and food. Would highly recommend anyone who’s looking for relaxing destination with beautiful interior. Thank you Yannis once again, we will definetely come back!
