- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Excellent - What previous guests thought, 92 reviewsThe hotel garden was incredible and the whole setting picture perfect! A generous breakfast was provided on a lovely piazzetta under the trees, the menu and wine list at the restaurant were very good, the bars and the pool/sea area were all generously setup. The golf cart provided was most useful given how the hotel is set on the side of the mountain and climbing between levels can be quite taxing. Most importantly, the entire staff but especially the golf cart driver and the restaurant staff, were extremely helpful and courteous.Guest review byDeborahItaly
- From $89.65 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.5Very Good - What previous guests thought, 26,378 reviewsThis place is beautiful with great vibes. The breakfast was also amazing. The staff at the restaurant and on the reception was really helpful and friendly. Too many facilities at one place. I also bought local bus tickets from here. There were so many other options for tourists which i could not explore due to limited time. The hotel also had a shuttle service to the city center and return for a very reasonable price.Guest review byOmerPakistan

Large spacious room with large light filled modern bathroom and great variety of breakfast food. Luana & Petro were so kind and hospitable even walking me to an ATM and the local Pizzeria Galleria a few metres down the road. Home is close to beach. Having a cash driver affiliated to their lovely home is so useful and helpful. Highly recommend staying here each time in RomaGuest review byMemoryAustralia - 6.0

There is no easy walking access to the cruise port or terminals, you will have to book a taxi OR take a bus from the train station to the port (40e). It is confusing and not well detailed by the cruise companies - do your research. Taxi from the train station to an apartment is equally a hassle (30e minimum).Guest review byAlanUnited States - 10.0

Beyond gorgeous. It’s a dream vacation spot and easily travelled by electric bike to all the beaches. Mostly Italian tourists which made it seem much more chilled out than other beach spots in Italy. Highly recommendGuest review byKristinaUnited States - 10.0

A bit of a military town (nato and US frigates, etc) but I think Gaeta has something for everyone. Great community, historical sights, and an amazing park with ruins and tunnels. It did cost me 25€ to get to my hotel from the train station, but I was told by locals this was a fair price,Guest review byAnonymous - 6.0

The place is very unusual, there are mostly local guests of various profiles, sometimes you can feel unsafe even though there is a lot of police and the streets are lit. The center is small but nice and organized, there is a lot of good and cheap food. The great thing is that it is well connected to Rome, the train goes every 15 minutes and in 20 minutes you are in Rome, which is many times more expensive in every sense than Lida di Ostia. Lovers of good beaches and the sea will not be impressed because the sea is shallow and you cannot swim in the depths because stone barriers have been installed, so all you have to do is splash around in the shallows, which are mostly cloudy because the beach is sandy. There is really a lot of garbage on the streets.Guest review byDraganSerbia - 10.0
A lovely mostly little undiscovered medieval town.
A lovely mostly little undiscovered medieval town. It’s only small but very cute with lots of restaurants and an attractive cathedral and papal palace. Easily walkable and not very far from Rome. Mostly quiet except on weekendsGuest review bycatherineAustralia - 10.0
We were in Terracina the last two weeks of June.
We were in Terracina the last two weeks of June. We experienced a local feel with few tourists. the old town is fantastic. We rented electric bikes, which is recommended. Then you can get around easily. A trip up to the temple went like a dream in the heat. We also cycled out to the Cantina Sant'Andrea winery. It took approx. one hour one way. A wonderful trip and a great visit where we tasted many good wines. One should also enter a trip to Ponza. The ferry departs from the city centre. An incredibly cozy island. We chose to rent a boat when we were out there, so that we could take a trip to the outside of the island and swim in the crystal clear water. It was magical! We only took a day trip, but we should have included an overnight stay at Ponza.Guest review byKnut IvarNorway - 10.0
Easy to navigate once familiar with signage.
Easy to navigate once familiar with signage. Felt maybe there could have been more available buses however taxis were prompt up to between 7-8 pm in the evening only. There was no available persons to chat with at the railway station which impacted on plans to visit other places of interest. The highlight of our visit was Montecassino Abby , steeped in history of the world war it was Amazing , my second visit there in 2 years bringing a friend along who’s Polish father fought in the war!! The war memorial was breathtaking to witness as was the commonwealth memorials.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

Villa d’Este was amazing and had waterfalls to rival Palace of Versailles. The walk through Villa Gregoriana gardens down the side of the hill to the bottom of the waterfalls was a solid hike and not for the feeble. Definitely take a couple of hours to visit Hadrian’s Villa (aka Villa Adriana) which had amazing historical half crumbling palace and ornamental lake.Guest review bySharee F.Australia
