- From $301.15 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.7Excellent - What previous guests thought, 495 reviewsTo be honest I didn’t expected this place to be that great! During your staying, you basically live in the one of most iconic place of this country - fisherman’s houses. Everything inside is so authentic that you literally try to examine every detail of this hotel, from the windows of your room, to the houses in general. It’s also a great place if you like photography, not only due the big amount of beautiful places around, but also because the hotel itself looks incredible during the midnight sun.Guest review byJayNetherlands
- From $277.41 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.9Excellent - What previous guests thought, 1,470 reviewsFantastic location in Lofoten. This was our home base as we explored the islands. The cabin was cozy - we booked both rooms in the Rorbu. As some people mentioned, the decor was a bit dated, but honestly I felt that gave it some charm. Otherwise the beds were comfy and the cabin was nice and warm. Also the breakfast spread was fantastic - felt very much like we were spending time at home.Guest review byTrevorUnited States

Pretty city in an amazing environment. We stayed here on a Sunday so everything was unfortunately closed besides the bar and turist shops. I would have loved to explore more both in and around the city !Guest review byAnonymousDenmark - 10.0

Reine is the crown jewel of the Lofoten Islands — probably one of the most beautiful places on earth. Surrounded by dramatic peaks and crystal waters, it offers stunning views at every turn. Perfect for hiking adventures, yet still full of charm with its picture-perfect fishing villages and cozy vibe.Guest review byDenizTurkey - 10.0

Lovely town in the Lofoten Islands with a beautiful beach nearby (Rorvika). Great cafes and restaurants especially Klatrekafeen. Would like to have done some hiking nearby but we ran out of time and it was actually too hot!Guest review byWendyUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Ballstad is a pituresque fishing village surronded by mountains. It's located right in the center of Lofoten which makes it a great base for those we want to explore the archipelago. Buksnes church is charming and a must see. Also it's near to Leknes where you can find a lot of stores and supermarkets. Ballstad will have a special place in our hearts as it was where we saw the most fantastic Aurora show which we were expecting for so long.Guest review byLeonardoPortugal - 6.0

Leknes is not the real tourist draw in the lofoten, but is central with a lot of busses going through if you don't bring a car. The bakery near the bus station and Sakura can be recommended. We didn't try other places.Guest review byFredericusUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Such an incredible place!
Such an incredible place! I visited in off season and two out of three days had good enough weather to explore. The third day had the most intense wind I have experienced, so it wasn’t safe to explore. I was happy with this experience but depending on what you want you may want to visit in summer, so that the trails aren’t so muddy. Even when they are, there is plenty of scenic routes to walk in between the towns!Guest review byAnonymous - 6.0

Please do not go to Scandinavia Hotel, the manager of the place is simply not human, did not compromise on a small mistake we made in the booking, they do not answer the phones and there was not a single person at the reception, simply a terrible experience.Guest review by3amer ZubedatIsrael - 10.0
A very dreamy and picturesque town.
A very dreamy and picturesque town. If you are looking for a quiet place to unwind, relax and enjoy the surrounding. This is the place. There is a small pier to walk on. The cinnamon roll in the village bakery is delish! Having a car makes staying here convenient as we drove to different places for food and exploration.Guest review byIvyCW CCanada - 10.0

Best place to stay for 2-3 nights to explore the western part of Lofoten. Fully furnished cabin is best so you can easily cook or reheat food as your own convenient time. Most importantly to enjoy the surrounding. Immerse in the serenity atmosphere and just chill 😎Guest review byMahadi BeeSingapore - 6.0

Good facilities, the guy at the Tourist Info was very good, but it felt a little... functional? There's so many great places to stay that maybe look twice? Henningsvaer has a more attractive character, for example.Guest review byJeremyUnited Kingdom
