Everything The staff was amazing, super helpful. They picked us up from the station to the hotel on the day of check in. The room had everything we needed and the breakfast was a real treat. A 3 minute walk to the gondola.

I've stayed here 2x before and came back because it's such a lovely place in a great location - two minutes' walk from the bus station at Chandolin Poste, two minutes from the grocery shop, and with an amazing breakfast and dinner offerings. The rooms (I stayed in the bunk bed option but by myself) are very comfortable, with a great bathroom setup (rain shower!), comfy bed, water, coffee machine and pods, and lift access to the rooms. The staff are truly lovely and let us store our overnight bags before and after our stay while we went to work up on the mountain.

Amazing overall experience: - Very clean everywhere and in great condition. It is clear the hotel is very well maintained - Very quite and chill atmosphere. The fact that the village is quiet also helped, however inside the hotel it was also aways quiet and relaxing - Service is great, everyone is very polite and helpful. Everyone spoke English - All facilities, including Spa area, library, fun area etc. - Breakfast was very tasty and the staff is very attentive

We receive the upgrade. We have booked budget room but was given family suit and what a stay it was !! Terrific. The Hotel is located close to Zermat train station The hot water jacuzzi and big swimming pool are so relaxing. We had the best stay of Switzerland in this hotel...!! We as a family will book this hotel every time we visit Zermatt.
