Excellent location. Room was also excellent, a good size, clean with great view. Breakfast had plenty of choice and staff were very helpful and friendly.

The room we had was amazing. It was the perfect location and the balcony we had was a lovely extra. So many restaurants and eateries to choose from and were close by. Brilliant private parking. We will most definitely be back and for a longer stay.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The building is beautiful. The cat was cute. Location is great if you have a car - and if you do, the parking works very nicely. Dinner was delicious and reasonably priced.

I previously stayed at the Grand Hotel Tremezzo and I realize it would be very unfair to compare this hotel with that one. Hotel was ok, not great. Needs some TLC and bathroom was quite small. The staff was very nice.

So modern and comfortable and in such a beautiful location right in Menaggio town centre. But not chaotically busy. Alberto was so lovely to deal with the whole way through and even provided some wonderful local recommendations like the wine bar downstairs. Can’t wait to stay again!

This was the first stop on our 6-day trip around Como and Garda and we couldn't have chosen a better place to start. The views from the room are breath-taking and the walk to Menaggio was very pleasant. The bed was big and very comfortable, the room and bathroom were very well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and the free parking was a huge bonus.

Well, words can't describe this place! It's an amazing property. We had the entire penthouse for all by ourselves and the view from the property is magnificent facing lake Como. The hots Darin was in touch from the beginning to ensure we are checked in safely and on time. Adele who is in charge of our check-in, was on time and explained well about the property. It's full with latest technology and complete kitchenet. It's a pity that we just had 1 night here but this would have been an amazing stay for more than 2 nights and as well as with a group. No worries about not having breakfast since you have all the tools needed to cook yourself a quick breakfast. Again, I'm so amazed with the place and just have no words to describe more. It was also easy to get to the ferry terminal to cross over to Belaggio and explore the place. So all awesome and I'm sure you would need a car to enjoy to the max. Free parking is available, so all good.

Fantastic views, very clean and spacious. Great balcony with lounge to chill out on and just listen to the birds. Comfy beds and beautiful soft towels. Washing machine was also a great plus, when you are away from home for 3 months like us.
