Kim gave us such a warm welcome. Our rooms were ready by 1pm. She arranged diary alternative for one of the guests at breakfast. Superior rooms were amazing, comfortable with beautiful views. Breakfast is good for vegetarians as well.Location of the hotel is great,walking distance to bus stops and stations. Note there are stairs without a lift.

Unterseen and Interlaken have a lot to offer. We have spend majority of our time outdoors, enjoying nature. The ski resorts around Unterseen are amazing and within just 30 minutes you are on the slopes but without spending a fortune of money for a hotel, as it is usually the case when staying at a mountain resort.JJanSwitzerland - 10Scored 10

Stunning scenery in the mountains nearby. World class!!! So happy to have come. Better weather would have helped. Recommend Hüsi Biergarten heartily. Open and serving very late. Terrific staff. Good food. Good rates. Great, healthy salads too.

The wifi kept going out, but the owner was working hard to maintain it. There was no AC in the room, but we are in Switzerland, and we had the windows open except when it was raining. I would stay here again as it was a cute place and had room for three people to stretch out and have some privacy. The shared toilet and shower isn’t ideal but we knew that we would have to share. But it was dirty. We had a sink in our room and washed from that and cleaned it ourselves. Great location though! Oh and the bar next door is really loud you won’t get any sleep. But again we saw the reviews knew what to expect. We only booked as booking.com cancelled our hotel we booked months ago 2 days before we got there.

Loved everything about No8, Jan and co have done an excellent job with this hotel. We used the kitchen for coffee and storing items in the refrigerator. Cooking pans were available but a little sparse, coffee was excellent. Great location and responsive host, wish we could have stayed longer!

Bed was large and very comfortable, room was clean and cozy, including a red sofa and 2 small (low) tables. The kitchen facilities (in the same room) were complete, including microwave, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, salt, ... The landlady was very kind and helpful.
