Fantastic location. The listing wasn't entirely accurate but the place was located in a Fantastic location. The host was friendly and accommodating. If you're looking for 5 star, this isn't it. But if you're looking for a lovely location at a reasonable price, this is your place.

Amazing location by the beach! Check-in was very straightforward, lockboxes easy to use.The room was spotless and nicely decorated, fresh milk with coffee/tea was a nice touch. Will be back soon!

I have visited Tynemouth on previous occasions though this was the first time i had stayed there. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate on this occasion but from experience Tynemouth is an excellent place for a relaxing break. There are coastal walks and History in the town which is very well kept. Also there are several places of interest to visit nearby and the centre of Newcastle is a 20 minute ride on the Metro.

Tynemouth is a great place to stay and convenient to visit other areas. There are plenty of things to do and see and the area caters to all ages. Tynemouth Castle Inn has a fantastic restaurant which is open to all and has an excellent menu and is also a fantastic place to stay

It was very busy with folks wanting to look but we managed to find bolt holes in the spacious restaurant. A few teething problems. We booked a twin but we’re put in a double so there was a one hour delay before we could move rooms. There were two further problems that I needed to contact reception about. The staff were stretched but very good.
