Very nice, friendly atmosphere in general. We visited three restaurants while there and all the folks we encountered were very friendly and courteous. The City appeared clean and well kept. No elevator! 3 stories. I said no way and they put us on 2nd floor. Needs major updating. Hairs in bathroom. Breakfast bar was horrible! Hard muffins, old bananas, nothing replaced only halfway through. The clerk was VERY pleasant.Guest review byKim - 10.0

I was only there one night but the accomadations at the Carnegie Hotel and Spa was very nice. The staff were attentive and pleasent and the room was super nice and clean. I did not eat at the resturant however it did seem when passing by that it was packed.Guest review byPaulettaUnited States

We stayed at a diff hotel last time we was in Johnson City which we paid more for but this one was way better than that one. Only complaint I have was the smell of weed in our room which cause me to have a panic attack an sick to my stomach. which isn't the hotels fault but guest staying there.
