Excellent location, easy walking distance to Metro and restaurants (many to the west). Target, Safeway grocery, and Starbucks are very close by. Easy to get to Smithsonian from the metro station. There's a McDonald's next to the station.
Good Shower, comfortable beds, quiet AC. Two-queen room felt spacious. Towels and linens were good. Shower gel and shampoo and conditioner were plentiful.
Safeway bakery is good for breakfast pastries, bagels, rolls. Their deli might also offer hot breakfast sandwiches. The in-store Starbucks wasn't always open, but the separate Starbucks location is very close.

The only good thing was the close location to the airport.
The only good thing was the close location to the airport. We were told on the booking there was an airport shuttle - there WASN'T! We had to hire an Uber and pay an extra $54.00 to get the 7 miles to the airport.
The room was dirty, walls were cracked and peeling, shower dripping, ceiling above the shower was damaged and sagging - we wondered if it was going to collapse. Lights did not turn on, we were very reluctant to put our bare feet on the carpet. We WILL NOT stay there again - EVER!

Arlington is a beautiful city with beautiful architecture and beautiful restaurants with diverse food options. The City is very safe, the people there are friendly and welcoming, always willing to help us. Its proximity to Washington DC, Pentagon City and even Maryland is a big plus.

We traveled in mid October over Minnesota’s MEA. It was beautiful. The weather was gorgeous and the leaves were changing. Arlington has everything you need and is a very short drive to Washington DC. They have the metro to DC and bikes and scooters to rent. If we go again, we would stay in Arlington.

Hotel Pentagon, which was not a 4 or 5-star hotel as the rooms were large, but dated and could use some remodeling, however, the service staff was wonderful and attentive, the beds were comfortable, we had a fridge and microwave in the room, and the water was hot enough for a comfortable shower. They also offered a hot breakfast that was satisfying for those wanting a meal, and it was located right off the Rt. 395 exit in Arlington DC. Very convenient!
The hotel is less than 10 mins walk from Crystal City DC Metro Station. The room is decently sized with two large double beds. The general cleanliness of the hotel and the room are both good. Good place to stay before an early flight from DCA. You can also store your luggage after check out if you want to explore the neighbourhood, such as visiting the Pentagon and the Arlington National Cemetery.
There are limited restaurants nearby, but there are good selections if you are using the delivery service.
Staff was great, especially at checkin, and the building maintenance gentleman that took care of the sink the first evening (i don't count that as a negative, it happens and they took care of it in a couple.hours )
Location was great (close to metro and two of my clients)
The building looks great.
Rooms are spacious and nice
Parking right under the hotel is convenient!
The location was AWESOME! It was just far enough outside of the National Mall that it was peaceful, but the mall was very easily accessible. Arlington was a super clean, safe place to stay and there were plants of places to choose from to eat witching walking distance. The staff was great, the hotel was super clean and 100% worth what we paid.
Very good value for money. The rooms are big. The kitchen has everything you need to have a good meal. The beds are comfortable. It is close to metro. All personnel is friendly and ready to help. There are restaurants close to the hotel. The free breakfast is ok. Overall, good value for money
The breakfast buffet was really nice. The room was kind of "sterile" decor, but it was nice enough. Bed was comfortable. The best thing about the hotel was the proximity to the metro station and a bunch of nice restaurants. It was easy to get other places without a car.
Hotel is fine quite close to the city center, few steps away from a metro station. The facility overall is well maintained. The rooms are clean, paid $$$ parking is available onsite. There are many lunch & dinner food options also available nearby.
beautiful room, clean linen, comfy bed, friendly and attentive staffs, nice neighboorhood with eateries and convenience stores and the shuttle bus, which took me to, and picked me up from everywhere within the one mile radius of the hotel.
Great location in the heart of Arlington. There is a subway across the street - we were able to get to downtown DC very quickly with minimal transfers. Located in a favorable neighborhood with lots of walkable areas around.
The room was confortable and the hotel is close to Rosslyn metro to get quickly to Washington mall. it's even close to Arlington cemetery.
Great benefit is the free parking both outside and in the garage.
The room and the bathroom is very old. It needs renovation big time. There is not single water available in the bedroom all 4 days, which very cheap and didn't expect that from a hotel like Hilton.
I was traveling with a car full of boxes and luggage, and I needed a hotel with an affordable, secure indoor garage to park my car. Meridien Arlington offers a safe indoor garage for $20 a day
.
Great location! Quiet—never heard other guests in other rooms while we were in ours. Housekeeping came to tidy up every day. One of the best hotel stays I’ve ever experienced.
