Outstanding Stay at Swiss Bay Hotel Arugam Bay Our recent stay at the Swiss Bay Hotel in Arugam Bay was truly outstanding and exceeded all expectations. The service was exceptional, standing out as one of the best we've encountered anywhere. From the moment we arrived, the staff's genuine warmth, attentiveness, and willingness to assist with anything made us feel incredibly welcome and well-cared for throughout our entire stay. Their dedication truly elevated our holiday. The hotel's location is simply perfect, offering both convenience and a peaceful ambiance. Being just a short three-minute walk to the beach meant we could easily enjoy the beautiful sands and waves of Arugam Bay whenever we pleased. This proximity allowed for spontaneous beach trips and beautiful sunset strolls without any hassle. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and provided a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring. Swiss Bay Hotel perfectly blends comfort, convenience, and top-tier hospitality. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in Arugam Bay. We can't wait to return!

The property closeby to the beach. Friendly staff and very good communication with Mohammed. Nice room view comfortable room with comfy bed. Room lighting was good. bathroom was clean good smell. A few restaurants are open nearby. WiFi signal was good. Highly recommend this place!
