We are a family of four and the size of our room fit our perfectly. We were floored with the cleanliness and attention to detail in our room. The bathroom/shower/spa was the best part. The staff helped ship our luggage to Kyoto and when we arrived in Kyoto our luggage was waiting for us in our room!

The interior is very homey and unique (have traditional japanese element such as futon, tatami, and also chabudai ). It’s very clean and also well-maintained. The host is very considerate and friendly, they accommodate our special needs such as kids appliance and luggage storage. The property also provide clear instruction for international travelers such as the button translation for some very frequently used appliances such as AC. The location is very great (literally walking distance to mini market, restaurants and station). We will definitely back here if we go back to Tokyo

Overall very comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and allowed me to deliver our luggage which he picked up himself and personally delivered, even though this is more of a rental apartment not a hotel with front desk services. We liked that it is in a quiet residential area and there are cheap supermarkets nearby. We also enjoyed using the kitchen and washing machine.
