    The accomodation was over priced for the primitive amenities...

    The accomodation was over priced for the primitive amenities provided and the breakfast was limited to only one cereal, fruit, yoghurt and only warm water for tea and instant coffee. the staff were OK but not overly helpful. You have to pay an extra $10 per night to park your car in their big empty carpark which we were not told about until we arrived. I personally would not recommend staying at this property you can get better value for money elsewhere

    Free cancellation is good, room service not at all, fridge is not good, towels is too old, price is good, too noisy the street side, this hotel is only ok for a night and not recommend for family with kids under 10.

    I was so disappointed.Myself and my wife went for the weekend because we have to travel 4hrs every month and go to Blacktown hospital.Thought we would try ibis at Wentworthville .We couldn’t stay it was that bad . We had a queen room and it was so claustrophobic we had to leave .Then we had to spend the next 2 hrs trying to find somewhere else to stay . We are going through so much and then have to get somewhere when the images on the net look a lot larger than what is the real thing. A bit like McDonald’s hamburgers

    I was there for 2 days and definitely value for money. The room was clean and the bed was more comfortable than I was expecting. Fabulous shower pressure!! The staff were friendly and access to the hotel was easy. I was out most of the day and arrived back late - I felt safe at night and the car park was well lit.

    Clean room, free towels and shower gel, a set of tea and coffe in the room, small kitchen in the public area with some vending machines. The room was larger than in european Ibis hotels. Cash payment was possible. The location is good but far from CBD

    We stayed in IBIS budget for quite some time and I have to say that the staff and even the manager was really friendly and helpful. For a budget hotel it has the necessary facilities you need.
