Great amenities and an affordable room rate. Onsen, massage chairs, and breakfast were great. Free night ramen was also fun.

Clean hotel with a marvelous breakfast. The beef curry was superb and the spread was good. They even have ice cream at breakfast. Nice local restaurants around the area with a huge supermarket.

It's an older place, but very well maintained and with some luxury touches. From the two door setup, large shower and tub, and window shades, i think this may have been a love hotel in the past, but it's now just a regular hotel. Extremely good value for price, would absolutely stay again.

    I find most customers are local people.

    I find most customers are local people. The environment is quiet. While I drive around the area, I don't see many cars and people. Most shop close around 7 or 8pm. So it is advisable to have dinner before 7pm.

    The hotel is an easy 10 minute walk from Higashi Muroran train station and is really close to a post office, convenience store, local banks and restaurants. The rooms are well equipped and cleaned on a daily basis. The room TV offers BBC World news and bi-lingual Japanese news. The hotel rooms are all non-smoking but there is a smoking room on the second floor. Luggage storage, laundry room, microwaves and an ice machine are available.

    Oh my. Easy to find (drive to the eki, look north-west, and there it is). Swift and polite staff, and (here's the best bit), there's a free-for-use onsen built into the hotel on the 2nd floor. Spotless, sparingly used, and it offers a post-dip treat of ice-cream and freshly made ramen (around midnight). A clean and neat hotel - With An Onsen Built Into It. Amazed. And am now a new fan of Dormy Inn hotels.

    Very good location, right next to Higashi-Muroran station. Staff was kind, and I had everything in the room what I needed. Also, there is public bath on the 12th floor, if you want to try it.
