The staff made my experience from good to excellent. I was having a rough day upon check in (phone ran out of battery, had no clue how to get to the hotel, walked aimlessly for 30mins with my family of 5 in extreme heat). Your staff allowed me to check in early, gave me a portable charger and gave me a room that fit 5.
