While we've visited Cape May previously, this was a quick trip to witness friends renew their wedding vows on the beach. Cape May is always clean and safe with great restaurants and bars. We ate at a reception at the Washington Inn (great food, cramped space downstairs for the crowd size). Always something fun to do. Great restaurants from casual to fine dining; soap, candle, clothing shops and more at the Washington Square Mall; several beaches from which to choose for walking, shelling, swimming. We were there to visit the Victorian Homes at Christmas time. We paid to visit inside the homes but never thought the lines would be so long. So we hopped in our car and visited most of the homes via the warmth and comfort of our car. There should be better lighting on the street signs, at least during the holiday season. It was difficult to see the street signs at night. But this trip did not dissapoint. The homes were beautiful!!!Guest review byPatricia
