Everything about this property is exceptional. The grounds are beautiful, extremely clean, and very accessible. The room was also so cute and cozy. If you needed anything at all, Michelle and Thor are more than willing to accommodate and they go above and beyond to make you feel at home. They truly felt like family and I will definitely try to book again when I return to Zermatt. Thor and Michelle also assisted me with so much information and I owe them credit for making my Breithorn summit both possible and safe.

Location was the best right in the middle of town, the bar was great, they let us keep our luggage when we checked out . The hotel itself is beautiful, our room had a view of the Matterhorn. Restaurant on site was really good.

Unique Hotel Post is located in the center of Zermatt, a 5-minute walk from the train station. There is free Wi-Fi in the rooms. Some of the rooms boast views of the Matterhorn.

The location right in the village was amazing. It was easy to get every where. The restaurants, room and staff were so accommodating. Loved the upstairs bar, drinks were fabulous. Morning buffet had a great selection and it was so quiet and enjoyable.

Located in the center of Zermatt, Backstage Boutique SPA Hotel offers uniquely furnished rooms with open fireplaces and free WiFi. Opened in December 2010, it features a spa area.

The breakfast buffet was fabulous. We came in almost at the end of the breakfast time but the spread was still full and fresh. Well done! The location is superb few steps from the train station (we drove and the instructions and info provided were very clear).

As the first hotel ever built in Zermatt, the Monte Rosa is located right in the center of the village and 1312 feet from Zermatt Train Station.

It is a historic hotel, everything is beautiful and nice. We booked two rooms for two nights but decided to stay longer.

The staff and management were terrific. They are very kind, helpful, professional, courteous and personable. After staying the one night (which I was fortunate to book due to a cancellation) we returned the following two evenings for after dinner drinks because we are so fond of the location and staff. Our son joined us and he wanted to come by as well. This was my return visit (last visit 2011, and my son’s second visit since 2014). We would have loved staying the nights there with our son but we were not able to schedule our vacation till after your hotel was fully booked, with the exception of the one night). The breakfast was wonderful and delicious. The hot chocolate is the best I’ve ever had! We had a wonderful visit at your hotel and hope that we are able to get back to Zermatt again and stay at the Omnia. This time during the winter. Thank you, L Walker

The location is wonderful. Though we didn't meet the counter, we still could check in smoothly. The kitchen is great and shower rooms are quite available. The luggage room is very helpful.
