My husband had one of the best breakfasts and I, who never eat breakfast, had TWO bowls of the delicious granola - just wish I could get the recipe it was amazing. The welcome was warm, helpful and welcoming - thank you the lovely Sue. Marvelous to have such a good car park on site and we loved the view of the links from Room no 1! Plus sleeping so well as the bed was so comfortable - good shower too. Highly recommended. Loved Tenby town!

Tenby is a lovely seaside town with colorful buildings and a quaint downtown with lots of cute shops and restaurants. There are numerous beaches with a large swinging high/low tide that was fascinating to watch, especially how the boats in the harbor are in water part of the day and on sand another part. There are lots of coastal path walks either from Tenby or nearby. We took a bus to Manorbier, had a pint then walked the 7+ miles along the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path back to Tenby. It was gorgeous. Everyone we encountered during our two day stay was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our time in Tenby.

We know Tenby well so we knew what to expect. A lively atmosphere, beautiful beaches, fish and chips and ice cream are a must! Hilly and steps to the beach but if you can make it, worth the climb. A boat trip to Caldy Island is a good day out, plus other local places such as Saundersfoot.

Tenby is a tourist town and packed with visitors in August.

Tenby is a tourist town and packed with visitors in August. There are many pubs and other eating places. It is hilly which is not a problem unless you are pushing a wheelchair or not very energetic. Not very many attractions within Tenby if you get a succession of wet days. The beaches are large and plentiful. There are quieter restaurants (more expensive) and cheaper ones to suit all tastes. Well worth spending at least one day to look around the town - church, lifeboat stations, Tudor Merchants House, Castle Hill, Museum, Harbour, Town walls, brewery. We were there for a sailing regatta so did not spend any time on the beach other than for launching and recovery of boats.

Staff were very friendly from booking in to breakfast and seeing staff around the hotel. Room was quite basic but had everything we needed for a 2 night break, did have a slight smell in the bathroom. Breakfast was between 8 -9:30 with a selection of pastries, cereals, fruit & yogurts that you could have alongside a cooked breakfast. The walls are quite thin so when there was lots of traffic through the corridors it was quite noisy. Cheap and cheerful and in the centre of Tenby 👍🏻

Central location with parking close by. Amazing food and the service was exemplary. Our server at the restaurant for our evening meal was the same lady that showed us to our room on arrival and she was just as welcoming as when we first met and a great energy that we warmed too immediately. The room was very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our weekend stay in Tenby.
